Crunchy Chocolate Banana Cookies
|Butter||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce, melted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed|
Cream butter and sugar gradually until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add chocolate and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with bananas; blend thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
