Chocolate Banana Cream
|Semi-sweet chocolate||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Bananas||2 , peeled|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. In a small saucepan heat the sugar, chocolate and 1 tablespoon of water over very low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted; remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
2. Puree (he bananas in a food processor or blender. Add the yogurt and the chocolate mixture, and process 5 to 10 seconds, scraping down the sides of the container with a rubber spatula. Divide the mixture among 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until well chilled.
