Grilled Bananas

Ingredients
  Bananas 4 Large, cut into 1-inch pieces
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Thread bananas onto skewers.
Mix margarine with sugar, cinnamon, and mace.
Brush bananas with flavored margarine.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequendy.
