Graham Bananas

Ingredients
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened cocoa 2 Teaspoon
  Bananas 4 Medium, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  Unsweetened orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and cocoa; mix well.
Dip banana pieces in orange juice; dredge in crumb mixture.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly
