|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa||2 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||4 Medium, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|Unsweetened orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and cocoa; mix well.
Dip banana pieces in orange juice; dredge in crumb mixture.
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly
