Banana Orange Softies

Ingredients
  Sugar/1/4 cup sugar plus 3 packets sweet 'n low 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar/1/2 cup brown sugar plus 2 teaspoon sweet 'n low brown 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mashed bananas 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Liquid butter buds/3/4 cup promise ultra fat free margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg beaters 2 (1/2 Cup)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Quick Oats)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lite salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
For orange icing
  Powdered sugar/1/2 powdered cup sugar plus 3 packets sweet 'n low 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all icing ingredients together until smooth.
Set aside.
Heat oven to 350° F.
Combine bananas, Butter Buds, and orange juice.
Blend in Egg Beaters, vanilla, and orange peel.
Add combined dry ingredients and raisins; mix well.
Chill dough in refrigerator 30 minutes.
After chilling dough, drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Bake 20-22 minutes or until light brown.
Cool one minute on cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack.
Drizzle icing over cooled cookies.
Store in an airtight container.
