Date And Banana Dessert
|Pitted dates||4 Ounce, cut up|
|Bananas||2 , thinly sliced|
|Finely shredded lemon peel||3 Teaspoon|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Alternate layers of dates and bananas in serving dish or dessert dishes.
Sprinkle with lemon peel; pour half-and-half over top.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with almonds.
