|Bourbon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Peel bananas and place them on large platter.
Add bourbon and lime juice; marinate 1 hour.
Dip bananas in beaten eggs and roll in crushed macaroons.
Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add bananas and cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat, turning to brown all sides.
