|Plantains||3 Large (Choose Ripe Ones)|
|Minced cilantro||3 Tablespoon (Divided)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Peel and cut plantains into 1/2-inch pieces.
Press plantain slices with a spatula.
Put plantain slices on a dish and set aside.
Mix 1/2 tablespoon of cilantro with melted butter.
Brush plantain slices with flavored butter.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook plantain slices over medium heat about 1 minute on each side.
Plantains should be a golden brown outside and tender and warm inside.
Remove plantain slices to serving dish.
Sprinkle with salt and remaining cilantro
