Banana Cream Freeze

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 (very ripe)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mash the bananas and sprinkle them with lemon juice and honey.
Blend together.
Whip the cream just until stiff.
Fold the banana mixture through the whipped cream.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze until firm but not hard.
Do not stir.
