Bananas Baked With Rum

Ingredients
  Evaporated skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Dark rum 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon, melted
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bananas 2 Medium, cut into 8 pieces
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In 2-cup measure, combine milk, sugar, rum, butter, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
3. Place four 8-ounce baking dishes on cookie sheet; place 2 banana pieces in each. Pour milk mixture evenly into each dish.
4. Bake 15 minutes, or until bananas are soft when pierced with fork. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
