Bananas Baked With Rum
|Evaporated skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Dark rum||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||2 Medium, cut into 8 pieces|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In 2-cup measure, combine milk, sugar, rum, butter, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
3. Place four 8-ounce baking dishes on cookie sheet; place 2 banana pieces in each. Pour milk mixture evenly into each dish.
4. Bake 15 minutes, or until bananas are soft when pierced with fork. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
