|Ripe bananas||8 Medium|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry sack sherry||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Peel bananas and saute in butter until lightly browned on all sides.
Add sugar and then sherry to bananas in skillet and cook until liquid bubbles and sugar is melted.
Transfer bananas to buttered shallow casserole.
Pour sherry sauce over.
Cover and bake in a 375° F.oven for about 20 minutes or until sherry sauce bubbles.
