Banana Milk Drink

  Carob powder/1 whole egg 3 Tablespoon
  Non fat dry milk powder 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Smooth peanut butter 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ripe banana 1⁄2
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)

1. Put the carob powder or egg, the milk powder, honey, peanut butter, banana, and 1 cup of the milk in the container of an electric blender or food processor.
2. Blend or process until smooth. Add remaining milk and blend or process again.
