|Unsalted butter||4 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||6 (Firm But Ripe)|
|Granulated fructose||4 Teaspoon|
|Dark rum||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet.
Peel and cut bananas in half lengthwise and crosswise.
Add the bananas and saute until coated with the butter.
Remove from heat and sprinkle fructose over the bananas.
Slowly add the rum.
Return to heat and cook and stir until bananas are coated.
Fan bananas on a serving plate.
Pour any remaining sauce over bananas.
