|Firm bananas||4 Large, sliced in 1 inch pieces|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apricot brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle bananas with lime juice.
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate heat.
Add bananas and saute quickly.
Stir in sugar and apricot brandy, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
