Bake until skins are golden brown and bananas feel soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Make cut lengthwise through skin; open skin partially.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over each piece of fruit, then squeeze 1 lime wedge over each.
