Banana Gelatin

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Agar agar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana extract 1 Teaspoon
  Yellow food coloring 2 Drop
Directions

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add sugar and agar-agar and cook, stirring, until the mixture begins to thicken.
2. Stir in evaporated milk, banana extract and food coloring. Remove pan from heat.
3. Pour mixture into a shallow rectangular pan. Let cool; then refrigerate until set. Cut in l inch squares.
