Ingredients
  Bananas 2
  Prunes/Red plums 8 Ounce (Cooked/Canned)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel the bananas and cut in four lengthwise.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with the lemon rind and juice.
Drain and stone the prunes or plums and put on top of the bananas.
Pour over enough juice barely to cover.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
