Low Fat Banana Nog

  Banana 1 Small
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon

Peel and cut up banana.
Place in freezer container or bag; freeze till firm.
In a blender container combine milk, ice milk, banana, and vanilla extract.
Cover and blend till smooth.
Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
