|Green tipped bananas||6 Medium|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sherry/Rum||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Partially Peel bananas, place in shallow baking dish; brush all over with lime juice.
Mix honey and wine, spoon over bananas; dot with butter.
Cook in oven 8 minutes.
Turn dish completely around after 4 minutes and brush with some more syrup.
