Balls are round ball like cookies that are not baked. The basic ingredients, consisting of baked cookies, crumbs, nuts, etc. and a binding agent which may be cheese, chocolate etc. are mixed together using a hand blender and shaped into balls that are then chilled and dipped into chocolate or cream.
