Cayenne Spiked Cheese Balls In Toasted Hazelnuts

Ingredients
  Medium fat soft cheese 8 Ounce (225 gram / 1 cup)
  Crushed pineapple 90 Milliliter, drained (6 tablespoon)
  Strong cheddar cheese 6 Ounce, finely grated (175 gram / 1 1/2 cups)
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Toasted hazelnuts 4 Ounce (100 gram / 1 cup)
  Pretzel sticks 8 (cocktail size)
Directions

Mash the soft cheese with the drained pineapple, the Cheddar cheese and cayenne until well blended.
Shape into 30 small balls and roll in the toasted hazelnuts.
Chill.
When ready to serve, spear each with half a pretzel stick, if liked.
