Cheese Ball

The cheeseballs are snacky little balls made with chedar cheese. Prepared with blue cheese and cheddar cheese, the cheeseballs are flavored with worcestershire sauce and combined with yogurt. With added nuts and parsley, the cheeseballs are chilled before serving.
Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Beat Cheddar and blue cheeses together in small bowl until smooth.
Add yogurt and Worcester-shire sauce; beat until creamy.
Stir in olives.Cover and chill.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts and parsley.
Chill; allow to come to room tempera-ture before serving.
