|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Minced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat Cheddar and blue cheeses together in small bowl until smooth.
Add yogurt and Worcester-shire sauce; beat until creamy.
Stir in olives.Cover and chill.
Shape into ball; roll in nuts and parsley.
Chill; allow to come to room tempera-ture before serving.
