Creamy Cheese Balls
|Pasteurized process cheese food with garlic flavor||6 Ounce (1 Roll)|
|Pasteurized process cheese food with added hickory smoke flavor||6 Ounce (1 Roll)|
|Pasteurized process cheese food with bacon flavor||6 Ounce (1 Roll)|
|Pasteurized process cheese food with onion flavor||6 Ounce (1 Roll)|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Remove wrappers from 4 rolls of cheese.
Place 2 rolls of cheese on a china or paper plate.
Microwave on DEFROST for 3 minutes.
Repeat with remaining 2 rolls of cheese.
Place 4 rolls in large mixer bowl.
Remove wrappers from cream cheese.
Microwave 1 package of cream cheese 30 to 45 seconds [LOW 2, 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds] Turn cheese over halfway through heating.
Repeat with remaining cream cheese.
Place cream cheese in mixer bowl along with 4 cheese rolls.
Microwave butter 15 seconds and add to cheese.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Divide mixture into 2 large or 4 small mounds.
Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer and shape into balls.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
Roll cheese balls in chopped nuts, olives or parsley before serving.
