Mashed Potato Balls

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt and pepper 1
  Butter 1
Directions

Mix cold mashed potato with the beaten egg yolk, salt and pepper and shape the mixture into balls.
Place the balls in a greased pan and make a depression on the cop of each, put a bit of butter in each depression and brown in the oven (400°-450°F.)
