Holiday Cheese Ball
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blue cheese package/1 3 ounce package||3 Ounce, cubed|
|Cheddar cheese cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion wedge||1 Small|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Package cream cheese/1 8 ounce package||8 Ounce, cubed|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put milk and blue cheese into the Osterizer container, cover and process at PUREE.
When smooth, push BLEND button, remove cover and add cheddar cheese cubes gradually, then add onion, worcestershire sauce and cream cheese.
Process until smooth, using rubber spatula to keep ingredients moving to processing blades.
Remove from container and shape into a ball.
Blender chop pecans and parsley together in MINI BLEND container, or in large container.
About 30 minutes before serving, roll cheese ball in pecan parsley mixture.
