Chocolate Almond Butter Ball
|Semi sweet chocolate squares||2|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour/Unbleached flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped almonds/Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F Melt chocolate with milk over low heat; cool.
In mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Blend in cooled chocolate mixture.
(Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) Stir in flour, salt and almonds until well mixed.
Shape into balls, using a rounded teaspoonful of dough for each.
Roll in sugar; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until firm.
