|Mashed potato||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , mixed with 2 tablespoons water|
|Water||2 Tablespoon (For Egg)|
|Crushed corn flakes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Shape the mashed potatoes into ice-cream-scoop balls.
Roll each ball in the egg mixture, then in the crushed cornflakes.
Heat fat in a medium-size skillet.
Fry the balls in the deep fat until nicely browned all over.
Put them on a warming platter until all are cooked.
