|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Bleu cheese square||1|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Chopped parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Run Velveeta cheese through grinder or mash with fork.
Mix cheeses, onion, 1/2 cup parsley and 1/2 cup nuts; chill.
Shape into balls; roll in remaining nuts and parsley.
Bring to room temperature 1 hour before serving.
