Curried Shrimp Cheese Ball
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Canned shrimp||9 Ounce, drained, rinsed, chopped|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
Combine coconut and curry powder, mix well.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet, bake at 350Â° for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Cool and set mixture aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
Shape into a ball (mixture will be sticky), and roll in coconut.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.
