Curried Shrimp Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Canned shrimp 9 Ounce, drained, rinsed, chopped
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine coconut and curry powder, mix well.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet, bake at 350° for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Cool and set mixture aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
Shape into a ball (mixture will be sticky), and roll in coconut.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.
