Jazzy Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce|
|Dried basil||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Lemon pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Caraway seeds||2 Teaspoon|
In a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer or wooden spoon, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add garlic, chives, caraway seeds, basil and dill weed, mix well.
Place mixture on waxed paper and roll into a ball.
Cover with lemon pepper, then with black pepper.
Serve with wheat crackers.
