Roll balls in remaining 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
Chill 30 minutes.
Deep fry ham-and-cheese balls in hot oil (375Â°) for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with prepared mustard or a sweet-and-sour sauce.
