Fried Ham And Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Ground cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , slightly beaten
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
Directions

Combine 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs with next 5 ingredients, mixing well; shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll balls in remaining 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
Chill 30 minutes.
Deep fry ham-and-cheese balls in hot oil (375°) for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately with prepared mustard or a sweet-and-sour sauce.
