Sugared Pistachio Balls

Ingredients
  Vanilla wafer crumbs 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped pistachio nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bourbon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and pistachios in medium bowl.
Add bourbon and corn syrup; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in remaining confectioners' sugar.
Store in loosely covered container for 2 days.
