Basil Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Monterey jack cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Chopped pecans/Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Wheat or Unsalted)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl add in the cream cheese, milk, basil, salt and the garlic powder till well blended
2) Using slightly wet hands, shape the cheese mixture into a ball
3) Wrap the balls in plastic and chill till use for about an hour
5) Take out from the refrigerator and unwrap out of the plastic
6) Into a bowl, mix together the parsley and nuts and roll the cheese mixture into it.
7) Place the cheese balls onto a serving platter

SERVING
8) Serve the cheese balls with crackers
