Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl mix the first 5 ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Make balls from the mixture.
4. Refrigerate the balls overnight or for several hours.
5. Roll the balls in chopped pecans.

SERVING
6. Serve pineapple cheese balls with crackers.
