Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (1 Packet / 125 Grams)
  Shallots/Chives 2 Ounce, chopped
  Parsley/Nuts / carrots 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine cream cheese with shallots or chives.
2. Take teaspoonful of mixture and roll it into small balls.
3. Roll the balls over grated carrot or chopped nuts or chopped parsley.
4. Chill until the time of serving.

SERVING
5. Serve the cheese balls as a snack.
