Brandied Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Sharp cheese 1 Pound
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Ounce
  Bitters 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and grind cheese nicely in it.
2) Cream the cheese thoroughly with all the remaining ingredients.
3) Chill mixture for about 2 hours.
4) Shape mixture into small balls and sprinkle with paprika.

SERVING
5) Garnish with sprig of green, if desired.
6) Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
