Try out this yummy brandied cheese balls for that irresistible feel of cheese in the mouth! Make your holidays and parties more delicious with these cheese balls. You and your guests won't be able to stop asking for more. Tie your aprons and get started!
Ingredients
  Sharp cheese 1 Pound
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Ounce
  Bitters 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and grind cheese nicely in it.
2) Cream the cheese thoroughly with all the remaining ingredients.
3) Chill mixture for about 2 hours.
4) Shape mixture into small balls and sprinkle with paprika.

SERVING
5) Garnish with sprig of green, if desired.
6) Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
