Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce, softened (4 package, 3-oz size)
  Blue cheese 6 Ounce, softened
  Processed cheddar cheese spread 6 Ounce
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon (optional)
  Ground pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Assorted crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for garnishing)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese and Cheddar cheese in it.
2.Put onion, Worcestershire sauce and monosodium glutamate in it and blend .
3.Add 1/2 cup pecans and 1/4 cup parsley to it and turn into small balls.
4.Secure the ball by wrapping it in a foil and chill overnight.

FINALIZING
5.Roll the balls on remaining pecan.

SERVING
6.Serve with crackers.
