Holiday Cheese Ball
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce, softened (4 package, 3-oz size)|
|Blue cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Processed cheddar cheese spread||6 Ounce|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄8 Teaspoon (optional)|
|Ground pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Assorted crackers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for garnishing)|
1.Take a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese and Cheddar cheese in it.
2.Put onion, Worcestershire sauce and monosodium glutamate in it and blend .
3.Add 1/2 cup pecans and 1/4 cup parsley to it and turn into small balls.
4.Secure the ball by wrapping it in a foil and chill overnight.
5.Roll the balls on remaining pecan.
6.Serve with crackers.
