Mint Chip Cheese Balls
|Cream cheese||32 Ounce, softened (4 Packages Of 8 Ounce Each)|
|Finely chopped pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk chocolate chips||1 1⁄2 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Package)|
|Starlight mints||36 , crushed|
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add the pecans, chocolate chips and crushed mints.
Divide into four portions.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Shape each portion into a ball; roll in red and green sprinkles if desired.
Serve with chocolate wafers.
Store in the refrigerator.
