Mixed Fruit Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounces Each)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Prunes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Assorted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and coriander; mix well.
Stir in the fruit.
Shape into a ball; roll in pecans.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until serving.
Serve with apples and crackers.
