Mixed Fruit Cheese Ball

|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounces Each)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Dried apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Prunes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Assorted crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and coriander; mix well.
Stir in the fruit.
Shape into a ball; roll in pecans.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until serving.
Serve with apples and crackers.
