Savory Three Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Finely shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Light cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Soft)
  Fat free ricotta cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Finely snipped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped roasted red peppers 1 Tablespoon (Bottled)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Poppy seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and ricotta cheese until well combined.
Stir in the chives, peppers and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
Just before serving, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
Roll the ball in the poppy seeds.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
