Savory Three Cheese Ball
|Finely shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Light cream cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Soft)|
|Fat free ricotta cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely snipped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped roasted red peppers||1 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Poppy seeds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
In a medium bowl, stir together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and ricotta cheese until well combined.
Stir in the chives, peppers and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
Just before serving, shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
Roll the ball in the poppy seeds.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
