Sesame Cheese Ball
|Sesame seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||12 Ounce (Medium Or Aged Gouda)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Spread sesame seeds on baking sheet and toast in 350°F (180°C) oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden.
Cream together cheese and butter until smooth; blend in mustard and chutney.
Shape into ball and roll in toasted sesame seeds until generously coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving.
Serve cheese ball surrounded with Melba toast and crackers.
