Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce
  Blue cheese 6 Ounce
  Processed cheddar cheese spread 6 Ounce
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine cheeses, onion, Worcestershire, and monosodium glutamate.
Beat until well blended.
Stir in 1/2 cup pecans and 1/4 cup parsley.
Shape into a ball.
Wrap in waxed paper or plastic film, then in foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
About 1 hour before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining pecans and parsley.
Place on serving plate, and surround with crackers.
Makes about 30 appetizer servings.
