Roquefort Cheese Balls is a delicious appetizer you can serve on any special occasion. The yummy taste of cheese will entrance your guests. Ingredients
  Roquefort cheese 1 Pound
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Unsalted butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Let stand all ingredients at room temperature.

MAKING
2) Take a bowl and cream Roquefort cheese in it until smooth.
3) Add butter and cream cheese. Blend thoroughly.
4) Add hot sauce and mix well.
5) Shape mixture into small balls.
6) Roll in chopped nuts or parsley, if desired.
7) Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SERVING
8) Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving.
