Almond Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Pound (At Room Temperature)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Finely chopped sweet pickle/Relish 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Beat the cheeses together until smooth Add the pickle, sherry, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper.
Mix well, cover, and chill.
Shape into 2 balls and roll in the chopped almonds.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
