Rich Smoky Cheese Ball
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cheese spread||1 Tablespoon (Bacon, Garlic Or Sharp Cheese Flavor)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened (2 Packages)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Unwrap cheese spread and microwave on "high" for 1 minute in a large casserole.
Add cream cheese and microwave again for 1 minute, or until cheesesmix well.
Add Liquid Smoke® and Worcestershire sauce and blend well.
Stir in shredded Cheddar.
Chill for about 15 minutes in freezer, or for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
Roll mixture into a ball.
Roll in parsley, then in chopped pecans to cover ball.
Chill for several hours.
Serve with crackers.
