Pistachio Cheese Balls
|Ricotta cheese||500 Milliliter|
|Chopped parsley||60 Milliliter|
|Red pimento||125 Milliliter, diced|
|Cracked black pepper||1 Milliliter|
|Pistachio nuts||500 Milliliter, crushed|
In a food processor, combine the ricotta, parsley, pimento, salt and pepper, process until smooth.
Remove and roll into tiny balls.
Place the pistachio nut meats into a mixing bowl and roll the cheese balls through to coat.
Place cheese balls on a waxed paper lined serving platter, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
