Butter And Soy Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1 Small
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Soy cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sage To Taste
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion in butter until slightly brown.
Add Soy cheese, breadcrumbs, sage, milk and nuts.
Blend well.
Form into balls and bake in moderate oven — 350°F.
till brown.
