|Butter||75 Gram (Nestle)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Maida||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1)In a pan, add in water and Nestle Butter. Heat until the butter melts.
2)Take away the pan from heat.
3)Put in the maida flour.
4)Return to low flame and stir till the maida mixture turns into a dry dough. This will take about 5 minutes.
5)Beat the eggs lightly and slowly stir them into the maida mixture.
6)Finally stir in the grated cheese.
7)In a frying pan, heat the oil.
8)Drop small balls of the dough into the oil and fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil.
