Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Approximately)
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Take a cookie sheet, grease and keep aside.

MAKING
3. Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup biscuit mix, 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and milk, enough to make a damp dough, and mix well. Make small balls out of the dough.
4. Prepare an onion-parsley mixture and coat the balls with this mixture.
5. Arrange on greased cookie sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve warm.
