Salmon Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  Pot cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), forced through a sieve
  Canned skinless boneless salmon 5 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Finely chopped scallion 2 Tablespoon (Green Onion)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium bowl combine cheese, salmon, scallion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard; stir until thoroughly combined.
Place cheese mixture in 2-cup measure, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.shape into ball.
If desired, sprinkle dill evenly over surface of cheese ball and gently pat down.
